The OVATION ® is a high
density flap disc that outlasts conventional flap discs by over 40% due to more
abrasive material than standard flap discs and will not contaminate stainless
steel. It has a double thick design for softer, cushioned grinding, blending and
finishing. The premium zirconium material is used on carbon steel and stainless
steel for long life. The OVATION®
is available in 4-1/2” and 5” with and without 5/8-11 hub. MORE GRINDING
MATERIAL = INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY.

The Saitech TM
8S and 9S Ceramic Fiber Discs
are great additions to our
fiber disc line. The 8S and 9S offer a ceramic aluminum oxide grain that is self
sharpening for long life and cooler cut for exceptional performance and value.
The 8S excels on hard to grind alloys, carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel,
and non-ferrous metals. The 9S has a grinding aid and excels in heat sensitive
materials (stainless steel, etc.) and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, etc.).

The EZ-Chop Attacker ®
is made with aluminum oxide grain for general
purpose economy cutting. This chop saw wheel is designed for fast cutting on
thin metals (metal studding, thin rebar, light gauge and medium gauge metals). |

Heavy Duty Laminated Discs
Triple laminated construction for severe pressure
applications where conventional laminated discs have too much flex.
Excellent for edge grinding, deburring, and weld preparation and
removal. Available in Aluminum Oxide and Zirconium grains with grits of
24, 36, 50, 60 and 80. |

Cotton Fiber Mounted Points
Now available in A54MTX Resin Bond for light
removal and blending on aluminum and stainless steel. Great for radius
and 90° angles when other products can’t fit. |
